Each Laura Galic piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, reflecting the elegance and refinement that define our brand.

• Made-to-order items are produced within 2 to 5 weeks, depending on design complexity and fabric availability.

• In-stock items are shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after order confirmation.

All deliveries are handled via express courier, both within Romania and internationally.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns

We want your Laura Galic experience to be as pleasant as possible.
If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

• The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
