2. Products and Orders
All products displayed on our website are original creations under the Laura Galic brand.
Product photos are for presentation purposes; slight variations in color, texture, or details may occur due to monitor settings or fabric characteristics.
Orders may include:

In-stock items, delivered within up to 2 business days after order confirmation;

Made-to-order items, crafted within 2 to 5 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability.
We reserve the right to refuse unconfirmed, incomplete, or suspicious orders.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT, as required by law.
Delivery costs are displayed separately and added to the total order amount.
Accepted payment methods:

Online payment by credit/debit card;

Cash on delivery;

Bank transfer, for custom orders.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made via express courier, both within Romania and internationally.
Delivery timeframes:

In-stock items: up to 2 business days after order confirmation;

Made-to-order items: between 2 and 5 weeks.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
5. Returns
In accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), customers may return online purchases within 14 calendar days from receipt.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all tags attached;

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the returned product is received and verified.
📌 Made-to-order or personalized products (e.g., size adjustments or design modifications) cannot be returned, according to Article 16(c) of OUG 34/2014.
